Join Grace for this special limited series designed to restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Through restorative yoga, you will be gently guided into poses supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, tailored to your unique needs. Grace will also offer optional Thai-style adjustments-gentle, mindful touches that help release tension and promote a sense of calm.
Our practice will include soothing techniques to quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner stillness. Each session will conclude with the serene, healing vibrations of Grace’s crystal singing bowl, allowing you to soak in the restorative energy. To complete the experience, enjoy a cup of warming herbal tea.
