Join Book Love on Thursday, June 20th as Paula Marcoux, Plymouth food historian and author of Cooking with Fire, will explore a baking tradition that was initiated in antiquity by peoples of the Middle East and is still exciting to bakers (and eaters) today. Using images and simple tools, she'll demonstrate how you can use these game-changing agricultural and technological innovations from the Neolithic period to rock your next campfire.
