Home means something different to each of us. It is that place where we live, share special times with family and friends, and enjoy the quality of life for which we have worked so hard. It is with that in mind that Diane Maloney of Design Housing is pleased to announce that the launch of Phase II of Seton Highlands will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 with their official groundbreaking.
A total of 54 new free-standing homes are planned in the 55 plus Seton Highlands Phase II neighborhood and will showcase 3 new home designs featuring “one-floor living”. The look of each home will vary on the outside giving the neighborhood a unique feel. Inside, what may seem like upgrades are all standard features including Bosch stainless appliance packages, wood floors throughout, carpeted bedrooms, Grohe fixtures, granite countertops and much more.
Making these “homes” even more special is the location. Seton Highlands is sited on an elevated area along The Pinehills that runs parallel to one of the oldest roads in the country – Old Sandwich Road (yes “that” Old Sandwich Road). Design Housing’s landscape plan for the neighborhood is to keep it as natural as possible. There will be less lawn and more native/natural plantings, in addition to keeping as many of the trees currently on the property as possible, even planting additional trees to keep that lush, private feel.
And if that weren’t enough – these west facing homes will boast some of the most magnificent sunsets in Plymouth. What could be better than enjoying a beautiful sunset on the deck of this special place you call home?
