Let's Start with the Amenities!

At The Pinehills, "amenities" mean more than pools and tennis courts (though we’ve certainly got those.) From beautiful homes in thoughtfully designed neighborhoods, to spa days, social clubs, walking trails, and spots for everything from coffee to cocktails—The Pinehills is full of the kinds of everyday perks that make life easier, and a lot more fun.
Whether you call The Pinehills home, or just love stopping by, there’s a lot to enjoy.
Take a look at the amenities that make this place feel like no place else.
The Stonebridge Club

One of the very best things about living at The Pinehills is the Stonebridge Club. It's the social hub, and it’s so much more than a place to play tennis, lift weights, or swim laps.
Everyone who lives in The Pinehills — including neighbors with apartment homes at Laurelwood, Avalon, Hanover, Marq, and Rowen—has a Stonebridge Club membership.
With more than 80 clubs and a full calendar chock full of classes and events, the Stonebridge Club is where neighbors become friends, pastimes turn into passions, and days take on a new kind of rhythm. Drop in for a card game or a Home Office Happy Hour, learn something new, teach something old, try ping-pong, yoga, Con Moto —or just come to hang out and see what’s happening.
Now, let’s dig into the places and spaces that bring comfort, convenience, and fun to everyday life...
The Village Green

The Pinehills Village Green is where everyone comes together. You’ll find everyday essentials and a few indulgences. (Hello, homemade chocolates and a wine shop.)
Need a doctor? A lawyer? A latte? (We’re looking at you STUZZi.) The perfect bottle of wine, book, or birthday gift? You’ll find everything you need at our shops and services.
And we can't leave out The Mayflower Beer Garden at The Pinehills. Summer fun on the Village Green from Memorial Day to Columbus Day!
The Market

Having a grocery store this fresh and local just steps from home? That’s a game-changer when we’re talking amenities.
The Market is more than a place to grab a gallon of milk, it’s the heart of your fresh food universe—where in-season produce, hot-from-the-oven baked goods, a full service butcher, top-of-the-catch seafood, hand-rolled sushi, and (CIA trained Chef, Dane Axon) prepared meals are always ready to inspire what’s for dinner.
And the best news? It’s right here in the Village Green. Swing by after a walk, a workout, or just because.
Good Taste? It Lives Here.

With several dining spots right in the neighborhood, your next great meal, muffin, or martini—is never far away. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast with a friend, enjoying a date night, or picking up something delicious to take home, there’s a place for that.
