Sharing some love with the places and people who make our village a special to live.
With Valentine's Day just around the corner, we’ve decided to show some love to a few of our favorite "locals" here in The Pinehills. After all, February is definitely a “locals only” time of the year here on the South Shore of Massachusetts, so we hope you’ll join us and take some time to appreciate what they bring to our happy little village in Plymouth.
❤️The Farmers Market at Rye Tavern
We are soooo in love with our neighborhood farmers market! And we're excited they are bringing it indoors to The Pinehills Village Green for a Winter Farmers Market. This Sunday, February 13, 11-3; Sunday, March 13, 11-3p; and Sunday April 10, 11-3p the Winter Market will set up shop at the corner of 1 Village Green North. The line-up of local farmers, artisans, and purveyors will have something perfect for your valentine.

The Pinehills own fresh, local grocery - open to the public, of course - is continually adding to their selection of regional produce and products. They have been working extra hard the last two years keeping this wonderful place safe, clean, and well stocked. We are so appreciative. Have a look at all the local goodies you can find at The Market!
❤️The Blueberry Muffin
It doesn't get more local and beloved than The Blueberry Muffin. A Brown family owned and operated favorite for years, with tasty breakfasts and lunches. Oh, and did we mention award winning? We promise you'll fall in love with their blueberry muffins - and everything else!
❤️Mamma Mia's
Nothing says love more than homemade pizza, pasta and more! At Mamma Mia's there is love in every bite from the Viscariello family. With six restaurants around the South Shore, the Viscariellos have been feeding the South Shore since 1974.
❤️Rye Tavern
What's not to love about Rye Tavern? A historic tavern that serves a delicious farm-to-table menu from locally sourced, seasonal ingredients (including some grown in their own garden.) Rye Tavern has become a favorite among locals and visitors - one visit and you'll know why. Book a table online. And request an outside table if you want to dine in one of their igloos!
❤️Mirbeau Inn & Spa
We swoon at the thought of Mirbeau Inn & Spa's gracious manor house, reminiscent of an estate in the French countryside, and dreamy Monet garden. 😍 Whether it's enjoying a romantic meal at The Bistro & Wine Bar, with a French inspired menu infused with New England flavors - ooh la la, or a weekend stay with luxurious accommodations that include fireplaces and soaking tubs, and a world-class spa, Mirbeau will leave you rejuvenated and relaxed.
❤️The Great Outdoors
Nature lovers rejoice! Show some love to mother nature and soak in the great outdoors at The Pinehills. Maybe bike or hike the trails, or just sit a spell on a bench, listen to the birds, and take in all the beauty of your surrounds.
❤️Plymouth
Locals and tourists love Plymouth for its natural beauty and location on the South Shore of Massachusetts, a vibrant restaurant and cultural scene, and its unique place in history — which is a lot more than just a certain rock! Plymouth is a modern-day, South Shore hot spot. Just 45 miles from Boston and 7 miles from Cape Cod, it's a destination for history buffs, foodies, art lovers, parades and beachcombers.
