Be Alert for One Way Traffic Patterns Now In Place for Village Green North and Village Green South
Work related to the planned improvements to Village Green North and parking areas is ongoing. Thank you for your patience as we move forward with these improvements. The work is being undertaken by Lawrence Lynch.
LATEST SCHEDULE
- Village Green South is now open. It is ONE WAY with traffic flow moving from Meeting way toward Landmark Drive and Mirbeau.
- Village Green North is now ONE WAY. Traffic flows from Landmark Drive and Mirbeau toward Meeting Way.
- Flaggers will be onsite to help direct new traffic flow

PROJECT OVERVIEW
This Improvement Project includes all or a portion of certain roads in the Village Green as well as the parking areas behind One and Three Village Green North and the parking area off Landmark Drive and the parking area off Landmark Drive; and the exiting lane of Pinehills Drive by the Plymouth Fire Station.
As needed, construction barrels; cones; digital and regular signage, flag people and/or police details will be located onsite to assist in directing traffic through and around the Village Green. Please have patience and use caution when moving through the area.
Throughout the Improvement Project we will provide regular updates with additional information on the work being done and any temporary necessary road closures or parking impacts. These will be temporary and of limited duration.
From time to time the work required for these improvements may result in some noise or vibrations which are common and unavoidable given the nature of the work required. This should be intermittent and of limited duration.
IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE AND REMINDER
During the Improvement Project, please be mindful of any signage, or the placement of barriers that may temporarily restrict access to certain areas of the Village Green for your own safety and that of your employees and patrons, the construction workers, operators and contractors. We cannot overstate the potential hazard that an active construction site is and the need to restrict access to ensure the safety of all. Thank you for your cooperation.
