When we asked Chef Dane what his perfect Father’s Day looked like, he didn’t hesitate to tell us there were only 3 things on his list:
1. Sizzling Steaks and Scrumptious Sides
This was a no brainer for Dane – and a lot of other dads! A nice ribeye steak with loaded baked potatoes and a grilled vegetable medley, featuring zucchini, summer squash, asparagus, mushroom, onions, and peppers. And yes, even at home Chef Dane is Chef Dane, and he’ll be the one firing up the grill and cooking.

2. A Toast with His Beverage of Choice
Dane has his eye on a stout, or a porter, or any of the amazing brews from Mayflower Brewing Company. Why not get out of the house on Father's Day Sunday and raise a glass to Dad at the family and dog-friendly Mayflower Beer Garden at The Pinehills? Enjoy live music from Kyle Morrison from 2-5pm, and maybe a friendly game of cornhole. Bring chairs, and a blanket, and pick up a picnic from the awesome selection of prepared foods that Chef Dane provides at The Market!
3. Family Fun, and Quality Time
The thing Dane is looking forward to more than the steak and adult beverages, is the time he gets to spend with his family. Whether it’s cooking together, playing games of cornhole or catch, the most important thing for Dane is making memories with his kids. This is the stuff that makes Father’s Day truly special.
