2020 Silver Awarded for Outdoor Dining & Beer Garden Venue
The Pinehills Village Green was reimagined as a lively beer garden in 2019, then in a 2020 pandemic pivot, as space for outdoor dining that gave local restaurants the ability to serve more customers safely and preserve business after restrictions were put in place for indoor dining. The resulting community space on the Village Green is, according to The Best in American Living™ judges "...the definition of community engagement."
