Principals Have Decades of Experience "Behind the Pines"
Whitman Homes, the award-winning, Canton, Massachusetts-based residential design-build firm that recently celebrated 30 years in business, is pleased to announce the launch of Whitman Signature LLC, a new, curated home-building company.
Kristen White and Paul Callanan will lead as Co-Managers & Principals of Whitman Signature LLC. It’s a natural step for the long-time Whitman Homes employees, both of whom have more than 20 years with Whitman Homes and have played key roles in the company’s success. Kristen’s many years of experience in sales management, interior design, selection coordination, process management, and customer service, combined with Paul’s experience in custom home construction management, production subcontractor & vendor relations, quality control, and warranty management, together provide an extensive background to serve their home building clients.
Whitman Signature will launch with Flagstone, a new home neighborhood in The Pinehills. The neighborhood of 5 finely crafted homes is planned and sited to highlight the best features of each homesite and feature an array of designer-curated finishes from which homeowners can select to customize their homes.
Construction of Flagstone at The Pinehills will commence this fall.
The Principals of Whitman Homes, Rich Whittington, Tim Porter, and Bart O’Brien are excited to see Kristen and Paul step into this venture and will provide additional support to the new entity. Kristen and Paul will continue to provide their skill sets to current Whitman Homes custom projects, seeing them to completion through 2025.
