Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills has teamed up with Plimouth Plantation for a truly unique fundraising event – Feastible Films on June 11 from 6:00pm – 9:00pm.
The evening will feature a screening of The Grand Budapest Hotel along with a multi-sensory journey that 200 lucky ticket holders will be part of. Prior to the start of the film, each guest will receive a tray with a tasting menu of numbered boxes—thoughtfully curated to enhance the viewers’ film experience through aroma, texture and flavor. Guests will be prompted during the film to open boxes on trays and to "savor" particular scenes. The menu for the mystery trays will be designed and prepared in collaboration with Mirbeau’s Chef Stephen Coe and Plimoth Plantation’s Chef Kenny Randall. This will be a truly immersive experience. On Thursday, June 18 Henri-Marie will be transformed into a French-inspired Jazz Cabaret featuring Linda Calise. Come enjoy an evening filled with champagne and a chef-inspired amuse bouche to start, along with a 3 course dinner menu.
Linda Calise has performed at the Wang Theatre, Scullers Jazz Club, the Kitano Jazz Club in NYC, the Waldorf Astoria, and Foxwoods Casino. She has been a featured vocalist in off-Broadway Cabarets, and her CD, La Vie, is a compilation of songs from the American songbook with a French flair. Space is limited. With the Monet inspired gardens at Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills your creative juices will be flowing at a floral arranging class with floral designer Ann Benson. The class will take place on Monday, June 22 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm in Henri-Marie.
