PLYMOUTH, Mass. – Nov. 5, 2014 –
Mirbeau Inn & Spa at the Pinehills, located in America’s Hometown, Plymouth, Mass., invites guests to pull up a chair, enjoy a robust holiday feast with family and friends (and skip the after-dinner dishes) this Thanksgiving. On Thursday, Nov. 27 from 12-5 p.m. in The Bistro & Wine Bar and Henri-Marie, Executive Chef Stephen Coe will pay homage to the holiday’s traditional dishes, while adding his own French-inspired twist.
The Thanksgiving menu includes a variety of soups, salads, appetizers and entrees, including a Farm Fresh Beet Salad, succulent Nantucket Scallops, and Dijon-Crusted Local Lamb Rack. The holiday decadence will continue with several dessert options.
Mirbeau will also serve a special children’s menu which includes selections from Butternut Squash Soup and Turkey Fingers, to housemade S’mores.
