Tell us about the Woodsong neighborhood
Woodsong is small neighborhood of single family homes. We have sold 35 homes since we opened in June of 2010, and have only 12 home sites still available. We pride ourselves on customizing homes within a customer’s budget. If a customer needs a sunroom or a three bedroom home on one level, we can make that happen. We have floor plans that have been pre - designed so we can make anyone’s vision a reality. The Woodsong neighborhood features two and three bedroom homes starting at $415,000. The home sizes range in size from 1860 to 3200 square feet.
How would you describe the homes?
The homes feature ten foot ceilings, have open floor plans and offer one level living. We can also offer a second level if a customer prefers that. Bedrooms are on the main floor. All homes include a covered deck so homeowners can enjoy this outdoor space no matter what the weather conditions are.
How does a customer decide whether a home site is right for them?
It is easiest to understand what “could be” if you’re on site with a member of the Toll team. We can help you understand how your home will be sited and visualize what your home can be. We hear that customers say they are drawn to Toll Brothers at The Pinehills because they can get exactly what they want. We have a design studio on-site. We also hear that we make the process easy for our customers…we take pride in that!
What views does Woodsong offer? Pines? Golf?
Woodsong home views are of woodland and pines open space. Nature is your backyard.
Toll Brothers is a nationally renowned homebuilder. What about The Pinehills appealed to Toll and resulted in you building here?
The Pinehills has something for everyone and that is such a great selling point. Open space and resort amenities like pool and tennis are just what we look for. It’s so attractive here. You never have to leave with the Village Green Shops & Services right in the middle of the community!
How would you describe the residents currently living in Woodsong? Is it a variety of couples, families, etc.?
It is. We have a range of people living in our neighborhood. Some are “right” sizing with kids off to college…looking for something just for themselves. But we do have it all: singles, families and empty nesters.
