Al fresco dining option allows guests to dine overlooking the Monet Gardens
Mirbeau Inn & Spa at The Pinehills is pleased to announce the seasonal opening of The Garden Bar, a unique dining experience located in the property’s Monet-inspired gardens. The Garden Bar will open to the public beginning June 9th and will be open Monday through Friday from 4:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. seasonally.
The Garden Bar menu offers a selection of appetizers and pizzas, perfect for a late-afternoon treat. Guests may enjoy raw bar and seafood items including Local and Regional Oysters with sauce mignonette and lemon; Littleneck Clams with spicy cocktail sauce; U-10 Shrimp Cocktail with spicy cocktail sauce; and Shrimp Ceviche with cucumber, avocado and blue corn cracker.
Guests can also enjoy cold plates, including Housemade Ricotta with sourdough, local honey, petite arugula and prosciutto; Panzanella with buratta, heirloom tomato, charred ciabatta, balsamic and olives; and Hearts of Romaine with wood-roasted croutons, parmesan, cured olives, Spanish white anchovy and peppercorn dressing.
The Garden Bar’s selections of wood-fired pizzas are presented on housemade dough and include an array of composed selections as well as a la carte offerings. The Margherita offers fresh mozzarella with fire-roasted baby tomatoes, garden basil and shaved parmesan. The Forager features chevre with fire-roasted mushrooms, fine herbs and a sunnyside egg. The Monet is made with ricotta, chorizo, baby kale and white balsamic vinaigrette. The Butcher offers shredded mozzarella with apple-smoked bacon, porchetta, chorizo, aged pepperoni, wood-fired tomato sauce, shaved parmesan, cracked pepper and fresh basil. The Giverny is comprised of blue cheese, fresh figs, prosciutto, caramelized onions, baby arugula and vincotto.
