My parents, John and Claire Herlihy, built their house in The Pinehills and moved into Chipping Hill in 2003. Claire was a successful entrepreneur and already owned two picture-framing galleries in Milton and Canton—Frame-it Studio & Gallery. Not long after moving to The Pinehills, she opened her third location on the Village Green. She loved the arts and helped organize the first Art on the Green, which was a celebration of local artists selling their work, with the goal of bringing more visitors to The Pinehills. It was a great success and continued for several years. John and Claire loved living in The Pinehills and were a lively part of the community, along with their dog Chippy (named after Chipping Hill), who would often escape and end up at the Golf Club! – Jon Herlihy
