For Carrie Seligman, moving to The Pinehills just a few months ago already feels like coming home. She loves the mix of natural beauty and vibrant social life, from sitting on the Village Green surrounded by music and smiles to enjoying a breezy afternoon at the Beer Garden with neighbors. The Pinehills, she says, is both a place and a community—one that offers countless opportunities for connection, growth, and joy. In her short time here, Carrie has made new friends who feel like they’ll be lifelong companions, as well as acquaintances who share her passions for painting, wine tasting, and meditation. Driving down Old Sandwich Road into The Pinehills, she knows she has found home. Her advice? “Try everything. Connect with others.”
